Acupuncture can be used to help relieve and release muscle tension, improve circulation, enhance immunity and balance the nervous system and hormones.

Natalie has over 20 years combined clinical experience in both Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture. With the use of Acupuncture, she has had very good results treating conditions such as: Tennis and Golfers elbow (medial or lateral epicondylitis), Hip Bursitis (Trochanteric Bursitis), Shoulder tendonitis (Rotator Cuff Impingement or Shoulder Bursitis), Sciatica (Back Pain), Whiplash (Neck Pain), Wry Neck, Achilles Tendinitis, Arthritic Knees and hips etc.

Unlike evidence based Western medicine, which can often be explained and measured and based on scientific research, gaining a thorough understanding of how Acupuncture works is a little more difficult to grasp.  TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) focuses more on the causes of disease and is based on finding patterns of disharmony and restoring health.

Many of my patients describe experiencing symptoms that interfere with their quality of daily life. Such symptoms can include, lethargy, fatigue, irritable bowel (diarrhoea or constipation), bloating, headache, migraine, low mood and poor sleep. These symptoms can weigh heavily on people and too often people can define themselves by them.

Natalie only uses Traditional Chinese Herbal pills or tablets that contain no animal products or gelatine, no added sugar, colours or flavours, that are kosher and suitable for vegetarians.
